Presented by the Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Company of Long Island, under the stage direction of Gayden Wren and music direction of Stephen O’Leary, A Gilbert and Sullivan Christmas Carol is a retelling of Charles Dickens' classic tale of redemption. Authored by Mr. Wren, the lyrics for A Gilbert and Sullivan Christmas Carol is set to music from the various Gilbert & Sullivan operas, such as The Mikado or The Pirates of Penzance. Suitable for all ages, it will be a festive treat for the senses and hopes to bring the warmth of the season to the hearts of all, even the tiniest amongst us.
