Every person in America wanted the famed Prize Patrol from Long Island-based Publishers Clearing House to ring the doorbell. It was once America’s most beloved company. Then, it all came crashing down in disgrace. Darrell, a 30-year veteran of PCH, is the only person alive who has witnessed it all and reveals the company’s Jekyll & Hyde transformation and what caused it.
